At Yuè TerraBrio, we are committed to providing 100% natural, authentic energy stones and crystals. We understand that you are purchasing our products for both their beauty and their metaphysical properties.

However, please acknowledge that the selection of a crystal is a deeply personal journey. Due to the unique energetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on a perceived mismatch with your personal energy field, expectations, or specific life circumstances. The energetic resonance you feel with a stone is subjective and cannot be quantified or guaranteed.

 

Subjective Dissatisfaction Is Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

We take great care in crafting and curating each piece to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, we understand that personal taste varies from person to person.

The following reasons are considered subjective and are NOT accepted for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

  • Design Preference: Disliking the style, shape, or overall design of the piece after seeing it in person.

  • Hand-Feel or Texture: Dissatisfaction with how the item feels against your skin, its weight, or its texture (e.g., "too rough," "too smooth," "too heavy").

  • Size Perception: The item being smaller or larger than you personally expected (please refer to our size charts and product dimensions provided in the listing).

  • Color Aesthetics: Personal disagreement with the natural color variations, even if they fall within the range shown in the product photos.

  • Energetic Sensation: Not "feeling" the energy, vibration, or connection you anticipated.

We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos before making a purchase. If you are unsure about a specific design or style, please contact us prior to ordering—we are happy to provide additional details.


Return Eligibility (Strictly Quality Defects)

Our policy applies to regular-priced items and lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide the following:

  • Unboxing Video: A clear, uninterrupted video of the unboxing process showing the package and the item condition upon opening.

  • Photographic Evidence: Detailed photos of the defect.

  • Order Information: Your order number and contact details.

Approved Return Reasons:

  • The item arrived in a physically broken or shattered state (due to transit damage).

  • Significant structural damage that occurred during shipping.

 

Not Considered Quality Defects

As natural gemstones are formed over millions of years, they inherently possess unique characteristics. These are not considered flaws or defects, but rather proof of authenticity and individuality. Therefore, the following are NOT valid reasons for return or refund:

  • Natural Inclusions: Presence of "blemishes," needles, clouds, or other crystalline formations inside the stone.

  • Ice Cracks / Fissures: Natural fissures or "ice cracks" within the crystal (common in quartz).

  • Color Variations: Slight variations in color, hue, or saturation compared to images due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions. We strive for consistency in grading, but each piece is unique.

  • Cotton-Like Veils / Inclusions: White, fluffy-looking formations or other mineral inclusions inside the stone.

  • Surface Markings: Natural growth lines or minor surface irregularities resulting from the cutting and polishing process.

 

Refund Process & Terms

If your return is approved for a valid quality defect (e.g., arrived broken), we will notify you of the approval.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued using the original payment method or replaced with an alternative when applicable.

  • Import Duties & Taxes (Added Clause):

    • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that any import duties, customs taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees paid to the carrier or government agencies during the original shipment are strictly non-refundable. These charges are levied by the destination country and are not retained by or returned to Yuè TerraBrio.

    • Deduction for Return Shipping: If a return is authorized, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. If Yuè TerraBrio provides a pre-paid label for a quality issue, the cost of that label may be deducted from the final refund amount if the returned item is found to be without defect upon inspection.

    • Refused Shipments: If a customer refuses a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, the package will be abandoned or returned to us at the customer's expense. In such cases, refunds will be issued minus the cost of original shipping, return shipping, and any customs-related penalties incurred.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for exchanges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Price Adjustment:
    We understand that pricing can change. If you purchase an item at full price and the price of the exact same item is reduced on our site within 7 calendar days from your order date, we will gladly refund the difference to your original payment method.

    • Eligibility: This applies only to items purchased at full price (not applicable to sale, clearance, or discounted items).

    • How to Request: Please contact us within the 7-day period with your order number and a link to the current lower price. Adjustments cannot be processed after the item has been returned or exchanged.

    • Exclusions: This policy does not apply to temporary promotions, flash sales, or price matches with other retailers.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale or discounted items.

    • Items returned without prior approval.

    • Items damaged during return transit (customer is responsible for insuring the return package).

    • Email psychic readings are non-refundable and non-returnable once ordered.
